Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Clients are required to place a 30% or $70 (whichever is greater) non-refundable deposit to finalize a studio session booking. If a cancellation is made with more than 48 hours notice, we are happy to apply your deposit to a future session. However, if a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice, then the deposit is forfeited.

Billing Policy:
Clients are billed for the time booked (2-hour minimum), which includes setup and teardown. Should it be determined on site (agreed upon by both the client and engineer) that additional time and/or services are required, then the total amount due is subject to change.

Payment:
Clients are expected to pay the remaining balance upon completion of each session.

Session Files:
We strongly recommend that clients bring an external hard drive to obtain a copy of their session files, prior to deletion from our system after 30 days— clients are solely responsible for their master session files.
