The Recording Arts Center graduate and LA-based audio engineer Shelby Meddock reports from a recent gig in Greenville, South Carolina at a concert at the Independent Public Alehouse.
“The board I used was a Behringer x32 digital mixer,” says Shelby, “and the band was from New Orleans called Stoop Kids. They were AMAZING! They had drums, two guitars, keys, percussion, saxophone, bass and three vocals. They were extremely entertaining which made my job that much more fun. I even got to run the lights so balancing a light show and mixing was a challenge but I had a great time and everything went smooth.”
